TRAINING

In consonance with one of our mission goals to produce skilled manpower for the Hospitality industry within the Country, Savour y has been accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) as a Vocational Enterprise Institution to provide training and apprenticeship to individuals in the field of Catering and Hospitality management in general. The Training Institute arm of Savoury is approved to run a program of 15 to 24 months Certificate and Diploma courses inclusive of industrial attachment.


The courses within our curriculum cover Cookery, Bakery, Cakes Design & Decoration, Customer Service Practice, Food Hygiene, Outdoor Catering Management, Corporate Cateen Management Services, Front Office Operations, Beverages/Juices/Fruities/Smoothies Operations, Food & Nutrition, Laundry & House Keeping, Equipment & Materials Handling, Calculation & Measurement, Book Keeping, Communication, Entrepreneurial Development.
